The company fixed November 7, 2023 as the record date for dividend. Last trading price of Marico share on BSE is Rs 545.65 per share with intraday gain of 0.59%. Marico To Consider Interim Dividend: According to the BSE filing of the company issued today, "we hereby inform that the Board will also consider a proposal for declaration of Interim Equity Dividend, if any, for the Financial year 2023-24 at the said meeting date. In the event of Interim Equity Dividend being declared by the Board of Directors, the record date for the same pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI Listing Regulations shall be November 7, 2023."

Marico Financials: The FMCG company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 declared a surge of 15.6% in its consolidated net profit to Rs 436 crore as against the net profit of Rs 377 crore in corresponding quarter of last fiscal year. The company's total income fell slightly to Rs 2523 crore for Q1 FY24 as against Rs 2575 crore in Q1 FY23. Its total expenses declined to Rs 1,956 crore in Q1 FY24 as against Rs 2076 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal.
