Meteora World Tennis League Signs Toyam Sports As Official Team Owner For 2023

The Meteora World Tennis League is coming back in a few weeks, and the organisers have revealed Toyam Sports Limited (TSL) as its final official team owner. TSL will acquire the ownership of The Hawks in December. Pacific Star Sports (PSS), a UAE-based subsidiary of Toyam Sports Limited, the only sports firm in India to be listed on the BSE, would be the owner of the newly renamed TSL Hawks.

The company is a major partner in a number of major international sporting events, including the ongoing growth of international cricket with landmark occasions like the recent India-Bangladesh ODI series, the African Cup T20, the Tanzania Cricket Premier League, Cricket Kenya, and Oman Cricket Academy.

TSL, which previously sponsored the League for its first season in 2022, will assume its position ahead of the Meteora World Tennis League's second season. ATP World No. 9 Hubert Hurkacz, WTA World No. 20 Caroline Garcia, ATP World No. 11 Casper Ruud, and current WTA World No. 1 Iga Swiatek will compete for the TSL Hawks in the Meteora World Tennis League at Etihad Arena in December.

The TSL Hawks will take on the Honour FX Falcons in their first-ever Meteora World Tennis League match on Thursday, December 21. They will then play the PBG Eagles and SG Maverick Kites on Friday, December 22, and Saturday, December 23, respectively, in an attempt to advance to the Sunday, December 24, Etihad Arena Finals. The Etihad Arena website, Platinum List, and Virgin Megastores are currently selling tickets to witness TSL Hawks and all the teams in action.
