Mid-Cap Company Coforge Announces Rs. 13/Share Dividend; Record Date Announced: Check Details

Coforge while announcing its first quarter results also made the announcement in respect of the first dividend for the Fy23. The filing by the company said, The Board has also declared first interim dividend of Rs. 13/- (Rupees Thirteen only) per Equity Share of
the Company the face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up, for the financial year 2022-23.

Further in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Board has fixed August 04, 2022 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of first interim Dividend.

The IT company posted healthy operating and financial performance on the back of robust growth, healthy profitability,
record order intake and sustained hiring. The company's revenue for the June quarter came in at Rs. 18,294 million and $238.7 million, up 4.7% Q-o-Q in constant currency terms and Up 25.2% in INR terms Y-o-Y. Adjusted EBITDA margin for the quarter (which reflected full impact of annual wage hikes across the firm and
continued investments to drive growth) was 16.5%, an increase of 27.7% Y-o-Y in INR terms.

PAT at the company surged to Rs. 149.7 crore as against Rs. 123.6 crore in the year-ago period.'

During the quarter, the company logged the fifth deal in the past 5 quarters with a TCV of more than $50 million. "The size and velocity of large deals, including a USD 100 plus million deal, sets us up for continued robust growth. Equally importantly, it helps us further enhance our offshore operations helping us build strong moats around margin defence," said CEO Sudhir Singh.
