In its financial results for the results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023, the company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 3, translating into a 30% payout. The interim dividend is expected to be paid on or after November 30, 2023.

Barring the final dividend announcements ranging from Rs 54 to Rs 144, MRF has paid interim dividends worth Rs 3 to the company's shareholders.
In the year 2022, the company announced two interim dividends of Rs 3 each and a final dividend of Rs 144 per share. Earlier, in the year 2021, the company announced one special dividend of Rs 50 per share, 2 interim dividends of Rs 30 each, and one final dividend of Rs 94 per share.
Today, the tyremaker MRF reported 351.71% growth in the company's consolidated profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 586.66 compared to Rs 129.86 crore in the prior corresponding period. During this period, the company's revenue from operations stood at Rs 6,217.10 crore, against Rs 5,826.30 crore year-on-year (y-o-y), up 6.70%.
Sequentially, the company's revenue from operations fell 3.46% as it stood at Rs 6,440.29 crore in Q1FY24.
Following the announcement of the quarterly results, MRF shares slumped 2.31% at Rs 107956.70 per share at 3:00 pm IST.
