Defence sector PSU Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd. on Wednesday, Sept 06, 2023, fixed the record date for the Dividend on Wednesday, Sept 20, 2023.
The Board of Directors of the company also informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on Wednesday, Sept 27, 2023, at 11.00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Video Visual Means (OAVM).

"the Register of Members and the Transfer of Shares of the Company will be closed for the purpose of the AGM and Dividend from 21 September 2023 to 27 September 2023 (both days inclusive) and the Company has fixed Record Date i.e. Wednesday 20 September 2023 for determining the eligible shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend," the Board of Directors said in an exchange filing.
The shares on Wednesday closed 0.50% lower at Rs 1,905.10 per share with the day's highs and lows of Rs 1,924.40 and Rs 1,885.60, respectively.
