The record date for the fiscal year 2024-2025 (FY25) final dividend has been announced by Navratna PSU NLC India Ltd. This dividend is subject to approval from shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 27th September. With a record date of February 7, 2025, NLC India has already paid out an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share for the current fiscal year. According to Trendlyne statistics, NLC India Ltd. has declared 37 dividends since September 12, 2003; therefore, this most recent declaration continues the company's routine of regular dividend payments.

NLC India Dividend Record Date
The Board of Directors at their meeting held on Tuesday, 02nd September, 2025 have "Fixed the Record date for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders who shall be eligible for payment of final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, as Friday, 19th September, 2025," said NLC India in a stock exchange filing.
NLC India Final Dividend Payout
At its meeting on May 19, 2025, the Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of 15.00%, or Rs. 1.50 per equity share, for the financial Year 2024-2025. This recommendation is contingent on member approval at the subsequent Annual General Meeting.
"The Register of Members, Share Transfer Books, Demat Records and Register of Beneficiaries (through NSDL and CDSL) shall be closed from 20th September, 2025 to 27th September, 2025," said NLC India in a regulatory filing.

"NLC India is trading firm after holding its crucial support at ₹225, reflecting resilience in price action. Resistance is seen at ₹238, and a move beyond this could take the stock toward ₹245-248. Momentum indicators are in a strengthening zone, highlighting bullish undertones. The chart setup suggests continued accumulation with potential for upside in the near term," commented Riyank Arora, technical analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd.
