Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) is a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. With a broad variety of services including air cargo, port management, inland rail transport, and cold-chain logistics, CONCOR leads the Indian omnichannel logistics sector. As the PSU company approaches its record date for a 40% dividend, Container Corporation of India's shares closed Wednesday's trading session on the BSE 2.41% higher at Rs 804.75 per share, with a market capitalization of Rs 49,032.96 Cr.

CONCOR Dividend
"The Board has declared a Final Dividend of Rs.2.00 (40%) per equity share of face value of Rs.5 / each for the year 2024-25. This Final Dividend is in addition to Interim Dividend@40% (i.e. Rs.2.00 per share of Rs.5.00 each), 2nd Interim Dividend@65% (i.e. Rs.3.25 per share of Rs.5.00 each) and 3rd Interim Dividend @85% (i.e. Rs.4.25 per share of Rs.5.00 each) already paid during the year," said the PSU company in a stock exchange filing.
"The above final dividend of Rs.2.00 (40%) per equity share is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Thirty Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations, the record date to determine the shareholders who will be eligible to receive the final dividend will be 06.06.2025 (Friday). The payment of final dividend, if approved by the Shareholders will be completed within thirty days from the date of Annual General Meeting," CONCOR informed stock exchanges.
CONCOR Upcoming Bonus Shares
"The Board has approved issuance of Bonus equity shares in the ratio 1:4 i.e. 1 (One) equity shares of Rs.5.00 each for every 4 (Four) full paid-up equity share of Rs.5.00 each held by the Shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date. The issuance of Bonus Shares is subject to the approval of Shareholders (through Postal Ballot) and other requisite approvals as may be applicable. The Company will inform the "Record Date" for determining the entitlement of the Shareholders to receive Bonus Shares in due course," CONCOR said in a regulatory filing.
15,23,23,587 equity shares of Rs.5/- each amounting to Rs.76,16,17,935/- is the total number of securities proposed to be issued or the total amount for which the bonus shares will be issued (approximately) by Container Corporation of India.
On or before July 21, 2025 is the estimated date by which such bonus shares would be credited/dispatched as per the company.
CONCOR Financials
In the January-March quarter of the fiscal year 2025, Container Corporation of India Ltd.'s (CONCOR) net profit dipped 1.6% to Rs 298.5 crore from Rs 303.3 crore during the same period the previous year. Additionally, revenue dropped by 1.6% to Rs 2,287.8 crore from Rs 2,325 crore in Q4 FY24. EBITDA for the firm plunged by 10% to Rs 526.6 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 585.7 crore in Q4FY24. The EBITDA margin dropped to 23% as a result, from 25.2% in the same quarter of the previous year.
CONCOR Share Price Target
"CONCOR is in a bullish structure, forming higher lows on the chart. The immediate resistance is seen at ₹820, and a breakout above this level can lead to ₹850. Support is placed at ₹775 and then at ₹750. The uptrend remains intact, and dips toward ₹780-₹785 can be used for accumulation with a stop-loss below ₹770," commented Riyank Arora - Technical Analyst - Mehta Equities Limited.
