Along with a sizable interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025-2026 and stock split, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited has released its financial results for the quarter and a half that ended on September 30, 2025. With more than 25 years of expertise, Nuvama is a leading wealth management company in India that provides financial solutions. It is one of the top integrated wealth management companies in India, providing a wide range of customers with a comprehensive range of services related to capital markets, asset management, and wealth management.

Nuvama Wealth Management Dividend
The Board of Directors declared "Interim Dividend of Rs. 70/- (Rupees Seventy only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for the financial year 2025-26 and has fixed Tuesday, November 11, 2025, as the record date for this purpose. The said Interim Dividend will be paid/dispatched on or before December 3, 2025, subject to applicable taxes," said Nuvama Wealth Management in a stock exchange filing on November 4.
Nuvama Wealth Management Stock Split
The Board also considered and approved "Sub-division/split of equity shares of the Company, such that 1 (One) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, fully paid-up, be sub-divided into 5 (Five) equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each, fully paid-up and consequential alteration(s) to the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to the approval of the Members of the Company, by way of postal ballot and any regulatory/statutory approvals, as may be required under applicable laws. The Record Date for the purpose of sub‐division / split of equity shares shall be intimated after seeking approval of the Members of the Company," Nuvama Wealth Management has further informed stock exchanges.
The company has proposed a 1:5 stock split to make its shares more affordable and improve liquidity in the market. By lowering the face value of each share from Rs 10 to Rs 2, the move aims to increase participation from individual investors. So, shareholders will receive 5 shares for every 1 share held, and the face value per share reduces from Rs 10 to Rs 2.
The authorized share capital of the company will grow from 7,99,54,000 shares to 39,97,70,000 shares after the split, while the issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital will increase from 3,61,18,815 shares to 18,05,94,075 shares.
The completion of the share split is expected within two months from the date of shareholder approval as per Nuvama Wealth Management.
