Bhubaneswar, December 11: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the new technology hub of Ernst & Young (EY) in Bhubaneswar on Monday. EY, a global leader in assurance, tax, strategy, transaction, and consulting services, has established its 15th city of presence in India with this new hub.

Odisha's Electronics & IT Department Minister, TK Behera, echoed the Chief Minister's sentiments and referred to the EY Technology Centre as the anchor organization in the ESDM (Electronic System Design and Manufacturing) and semiconductor space in the state. He highlighted Bhubaneswar's emergence as a hotspot for IT, ESDM, and consulting companies.

Manoj Kumar Mishra, Principal Secretary of the E&IT Department, stated that the establishment of EY's office in Bhubaneswar not only reflects their confidence in Odisha's potential but also underscores the state's position as an attractive destination for investment and growth. He expressed optimism that the EY technology hub will further bolster the IT ecosystem in the state and create employment opportunities for Odisha's youth.
