Culture Circle, a luxury fashion app, has secured funding from Ritesh Agarwal, CEO of OYO. This investment values the company at over ₹100 crore. Previously, Culture Circle struck a deal worth ₹3 crore with Agarwal and Kunal Bahl on Shark Tank India. The startup is now valued at over ₹400 crore, experiencing fourfold growth in its business operations.
With more than 1 million monthly users and over 4,000 KYC-verified sellers, Culture Circle consistently ranks among India's top 50 shopping apps. "Culture Circle is one of the most exciting youth-first platforms to emerge from India. Their focus on trust and experience makes them truly stand out," stated Ritesh Agarwal.

Global Expansion Plans
The company plans to expand internationally this year, aiming to democratise luxury for Gen Z and position India as a key player in the global streetwear and luxury market. Devansh Jain Nawal, co-founder and CEO of Culture Circle, emphasized that their partnership with investors is built on shared values.
Culture Circle's flagship stores are located in Delhi and Hyderabad. These stores offer India's largest collection of authenticated luxury fashion brands like Nike, Yeezy, Dior, and Louis Vuitton. The company uses a proprietary five-step AI-led verification system to ensure authenticity.
Retail Growth Strategy
Ackshay Jain, co-founder and COO of Culture Circle, mentioned that the recent funding will help scale SourceX, their AI-powered engine. It will also support expansion into new categories and global markets. The company plans to open flagship stores in four more cities including Gurugram and Mumbai.
"Culture Circle recently announced plans to go international this year," stated the company's release. This move will further accelerate its mission to democratise luxury for Gen Z consumers worldwide.
The startup's innovative approach has made it a standout platform for young consumers in India. With its focus on trust and experience, Culture Circle continues to attract attention from investors like Ritesh Agarwal.
The company's growth strategy includes expanding its physical presence across major Indian cities while also venturing into international markets. This dual approach aims to strengthen its position in both domestic and global luxury fashion sectors.
As Culture Circle continues its journey towards global expansion, it remains committed to offering an unparalleled shopping experience for its users through cutting-edge technology and strategic partnerships.
