Dividend Stock: Page Industries will announce its fourth interim dividend and March quarter results for the financial year 2024-25 next month. The Jockey brand licensee in India has announced interim dividend three times in FY25, equivalent to 7000% of its stock's face value.
Page Industries will announce its Q4FY25 results and fourth interim dividend after its Board of Directors meeting scheduled to take place in May. "We hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 15 May 2025 inter alia to consider," read Page Industries' noted Page Industries in a BSE filing on Tuesday, April 22.

The company also informed that it will "consider declaration of 4th Interim dividend, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2024-25." Jockey maker in India has paid over 8200% dividend in last 12 months.

Page Industries has fixed 23 May, 2025 as the record date for the payment of the fourth interim dividend, if announced. "We further inform you that in case the said Interim dividend for the year 2024-25 is declared by the Board as its aforesaid meeting, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of such interim dividend will be 23 May 2025," added the company in its BSE filing.
