Paints and associated materials are manufactured, traded, and sold in India by Akzo Nobel India Limited (ANL), a coatings firm that is a subsidiary of Akzo Nobel NV. Decorative Paints, Automotive & Specialty Coatings (ASC), Powder Coatings, Industrial Coatings, and Marine & Protective Coatings are some of the business segments in which it works. The company's well-known brands include International, Sikkens, Dulux, and Interpon. Together with its Q4 results, the business announced a substantial dividend of Rs. 30 for FY25.

Akzo Nobel India Dividend
The Board of Directors "recommended final dividend of Rs. 30/- (Rupees Thirty only) per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25. The said Final Dividend would be paid once approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming 71st Annual General Meeting of the Company. The total dividend for the said financial year aggregates to Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) per share, including Interim Dividend of Rs. 70/- (Rupees Seventy only) per share as declared by the Board on 7th November 2024 which was paid subsequently," said the company in a stock exchange filing.
On Monday, August 4, 2025, the firm will have its 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Akzo Nobel India Book Closure Dates
"The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 26th July 2025 to Monday, 4th August 2025 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the 71st AGM," Akzo Nobel India informed stock exchanges.
Akzo Nobel India Dividend Record Date
The Board has "fixed Friday, 25th July 2025 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025. A member, whose name is recorded in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the close of business hours of Friday, 25th July 2025, shall be entitled to the said dividend. The Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the 71st AGM, would be paid on/around 28th August 2025," Akzo Nobel India said in a stock exchange filing.
Akzo Nobel India Q4 Results
On a consolidated basis, Akzo Nobel India's net profit decreased by 0.28% to Rs 108.40 crore in the quarter that ended in March 2025, compared to Rs 108.70 crore in the quarter that ended in March 2024. Compared to the year-ago quarter, which ended in March 2024, when sales were Rs 973.40 crore, sales in the quarter ending in March 2025 increased by 5.00% to Rs 1022.10 crore. EBITDA dropped 5.76% from Rs. 172.00 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs. 162.10 crore in Q4FY25.
In the year ending in March 2025, net profit increased by 0.68% to Rs 429.50 crore, compared to Rs 426.60 crore in the year ending in March 2024. Sales in FY25 increased by 3.27% to Rs 4091.20 crore, compared to Rs 3961.60 crore in FY24.

"Akzo Nobel is looking strong on the charts after bouncing back from support near ₹3,400. The stock has moved above short-term resistance, with rising volumes and a positive RSI trend. As long as it holds above ₹3,450, it can head towards ₹3,600-₹3,650. Overall trend remains positive, but a break below ₹3,400 may invite selling pressure," commented Riyank Arora - Technical Analyst - Mehta Equities Limited.
