According to a price statement by state-owned fuel retailers, petrol and diesel prices were raised again by 25 to 28 paise on June 22 after a day of pause, bringing fuel prices across the country to an all-time high.
In Mumbai, the price of petrol hit an all-time high of Rs 103.63 per litre, up 27 paise over the previous day's price of Rs 103.36 per litre. On May 29, the city became the first metro in the country to sell petrol for more than Rs 100 per litre.

Delhi
Petrol and diesel prices in Delhi increased by 28 paise and 26 paise, respectively. In the national capital, a litre of petrol costs Rs 97.50 and a litre of diesel costs Rs 88.23 as a result of the price hike.
Chennai
Fuel prices in Chennai have also risen by 25 paise apiece, with petrol and diesel both increasing by 25 paise. In Chennai, the price of petrol was Rs 98.65 per litre, and the price of diesel was Rs 92.83 per litre.
Kolkata
In Kolkata, the increase in fuel prices caused diesel to surge 26 paise to Rs 91 per litre. In West Bengal's capital, a litre of gasoline was sold for Rs 91.08 with the current revision. In the city, the price of petrol jumped by 26 paise to Rs 97.38 a litre.
In the financial capital, diesel climbed by 28 paise to Rs 95.72 a litre, up from Rs 95.44 per litre.
Apart from Mumbai, petrol prices in Hyderabad and Bengaluru have already surpassed Rs 100.
