PM Kisan Scheme: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 21st instalment of the PM Kisan Scheme on Wednesday, November 19. The central government's scheme is likely to benefit nearly 9 crore farmers across the world. All the PM Kisan beneficiaries will receive the 21st instalment on their bank account via direct benefit transfer (DBT).
As per the official announcement, PM Modi will distribute the 21st instalment of PM Kisan scheme at an event after inaugurating the South India Natural Farming Summit 2025 in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

PM Kisan Instalment: 9 Crore Farmers To Receive Rs 18,000 Crore
The 21st instalment will lead nearly 66.2 lakh farmers in Rajasthan to receive around Rs 1,332 crore of amount. Whereas, nine crore farmers are expected to receive a total of Rs 18,000 crore amount.
What is PM Kisan Scheme?
The PM-Kisan scheme aims to provide financial support to farmers across India. Eligible farmers receive Rs 6,000 annually, divided into three equal payments. This initiative has been instrumental in offering financial aid to millions of farmers nationwide.
Since its inception, the Central government has released 20 instalments under PM-Kisan, amounting to Rs 25,142 crore for Rajasthan's farmers. This substantial financial assistance has played a crucial role in supporting the agricultural community in the state.
Mukhyamantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana
The Rajasthan government has also contributed significantly through its Mukhyamantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. This scheme provides an additional Rs 3,000 annually to all PM-Kisan beneficiaries as supplementary financial aid. So far, four instalments totalling Rs 2,073 crore have been distributed under this initiative.
The combined efforts of both central and state governments aim to alleviate financial burdens on farmers and promote agricultural growth. These schemes are vital for ensuring economic stability and sustainability within the farming sector.
PM Kisan Eligibility
Only those farmers whose land details are seeded in PM KISAN portal and have their bank accounts seeded with Aadhaar will get the benefit of the scheme. In addition to these requirements, it is important for them to complete their eKYC on time.
PM Kisan Instalment: How To Check Status?
The easiest way to check the PM Kisan instalment status is to track your registered bank account. Once the PM Kisan instalment is released, the amount will be deposited into your bank account. You can take out the bank account statement or check your registered mobile number to ensure that the instalment is received.
Other way to check PM Kisan payment status is by visiting the official PM Kisan website. You are required to login on the website using your credentials. Navigate the website and click on the 'Farmer Corner'. Now click on the 'Beneficiary status'. Then click on the beneficiary status, or 'Know your status'. You are required to enter details like your Aadhaar number, and other details to check the payment status.
