Power Grid Dividend: Shares of Maharatna PSU, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, ended on a higher note on Monday, October 27, days after the announcement of the dividend record date. Power Grid is set to declare an interim dividend and Q2 results for the financial year 2025-26 next week. The company has also fixed a record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for dividend payment.
Power Grid shares closed 0.81% higher at Rs 290.9 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 2,70,554.57 crore on Monday, October 27. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 292.70 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 288.35 per share on BSE today.

Power Grid To Announce Dividend, Q2 On This Date
Power Grid Corporation of India's board of directors meeting will be held on Monday, 3 November 2025. Power Grid Corporation of India's board of directors will also consider and approve dividend announcement.
"We wish to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of POWERGRID is scheduled to be held on Monday, 03rd November, 2025 to consider and approve, amongst other items of Agenda, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee and the declaration of 1st Interim Dividend out of the profits of the Company for the FY 2025-26, if any," said the company in its BSE filing released last week.
Power Grid Dividend Record Date
The company has fixed 10 November (Monday) as the dividend record date. Investors who will own Power Grid shares on or before the dividend record date would be eligible for the dividend payment (if any). Additionally, trading window of Power Grid company will remain shut from Tuesday, 30 September, 2025 till 5 November
Power Grid Share Price Trend
Power Grid Corporation shares had touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 345.25 per share on 25 November, 2025. WHereas, the company scrip had dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 247.50 per share on 28 February, 2025.The stock value has declined around 6.31%since the beginning of the year 2025, against Sensex which has surged over 7% during the same period.
The company had reported a net consolidated profit of Rs 3,653.23 crore in the JUne quarter, against a net profit of Rs 4,336.17 crore in the March quarter. Power Grid's net revenue stood at Rs 9,928.23 crore during the previous quarter.
