Q4 Result: Tech Company's Loss Narrows To Rs 273 Cr, Shares Rally 8%

Large cap technology company, Info Edge (India) Ltd on Friday announced its quarterly results. The company declared its consolidated net loss narrowed to Rs 273 crore over preceding year for the three months ended March. It had announced a loss of Rs 629 crore in the year ago quarter. Info Edge share witnessed a jump of 7.66% to end at Rs 4198.70 apiece. It declared a final dividend of Rs 9/- per share for the FY 2022-23. Check details below:

Info Edge Q4: The company declared its revenue from operations jumped 28% to Rs 605 crore for the period under consideration. It was reported at Rs 473 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year. Its EBITDA also known as earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation, fell 1.6% at Rs 185.4 crore against Rs 188.5 crore quarter-on-quarter. Meanwhile margins declared at 30.6% as against 32% quarter-on-quarter.

Info Edge Declares Dividend: According to the BSE filing of the company, "The Board has approved date of the 28 th Annual General Meeting as Friday, August 25, 2023.The Board has also recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 9/- per share (on face value of Rs.10/- per share) for the financial year 2022-23 subject to declaration of the same by the members at the 28 th Annual General Meeting of the Company."

Record date for the purpose of determining the name of the members eligible for receipt of the Final Dividend will be Friday, July 28, 2023.
