Ramadan 2026 Ending Date:

In majority of gulf countries, Ramadan is expected to end either on March 18 or March 19 with the celebration of Eid al-Fitr. However, the exact timing of Eid will depend upon the sighting of the moon. Generally, Eid al-Fitr marks the beginning of the Islamic month of Shawwal, the tenth month of the Islamic (Hijri) calendar.

If Eid is celebrated either on March 18 or March 19 in countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and other Middle East region, then generally the crescent moon appears the next evening in India. Hence, Eid could be celebrated on either March 19 or March 20th in India.
