RBL Bank has announced record date for its upcoming dividend for the financial year ending in FY25. This makes RBL Bank remain in focus going forward. Founded in 1943, RBL Bank, formerly known as Ratnakar Bank Limited, is a private sector bank based in Mumbai, India. The bank is listed on the NSE and BSE and has a sizable branch and ATM network.

"Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Tuesday, September 9, 2025, has been fixed as the 'Record Date', for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive dividend on the equity (ordinary) shares, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Bank. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or before October 25, 2025, pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations," said RBL Bank in a stock exchange filing.
On Friday, September 26, 2025, the bank's members will have their 82nd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
"Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended), the Bank has fixed Friday, September 19, 2025 as the cutoff date to determine the eligibility of the Members to cast their vote by remote e-voting prior to the AGM or e-Voting during the 82nd AGM scheduled to be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 through VC/OAVM. The period for remote e-voting on the resolutions set out in the Notice shall commence on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. (IST) and ends on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. (IST)," RBL Bank informed stock exchanges.

"The dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, as recommended by the Board of Directors at the rate of Rs 1 per equity (ordinary) share, if approved at the AGM, would be paid subject to deduction of tax at source, as may be applicable to those Members or their mandates whose names appear on the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners to be received from the RTA / Depositories as on the close of business hours on the Record Date i.e. Tuesday, September 9, 2025," RBL Bank mentioned in its FY25 annual report.

"RBL Bank is consolidating near ₹260-265 levels, holding firm above its key moving averages. The stock has formed a base pattern, with ₹255 acting as strong support and ₹275 as immediate resistance. Momentum indicators like RSI suggest improving strength, while volumes indicate steady accumulation. A breakout above ₹275 can trigger a rally toward ₹285-290 in the short term. Overall, the stock presents a positive bias, with risk-reward favorable for traders above current levels," commented Riyank Arora, technical analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd.
