Lodha Developers Share Price Today: Shares of Lodha Developers Limited remained under pressure during Thursday's intraday trade after declining nearly 22% since the beginning of the year 2025. The real estate sector stock has dropped almost 28% in one year.
The continuous focus on the expansion of the commercial and real estate portfolio, support for infrastructure projects, and the steady pace of acquisitions are likely to boost the company's growth in the coming years, noted Motilal Oswal in its recent report. The brokerage sees a 77% upside in Lodha Developers' share price valuation.

Lodha Developers shares were trading marginally lower at Rs 1063 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,06,167.28 crore on BSE at 11 am. The stock had dipped to an intraday low of Rs 1048 per share and an intraday high of Rs 1065.40 per share.
Lodha Developers Share Price Recommendation
Motilal Oswal gave a 'Buy' recommendation for the Lodha Developers shares. The brokerage has indicated a 77% upside in its valuation with a target price of Rs 1,888 per share on BSE.
"The company's steady pace of project acquisitions enhances long-term visibility, while its disciplined and timely execution ensures that this momentum is effectively translated into sustained performance. We reiterate our BUY rating with a TP of INR1,888, which implies a 77% potential upside," noted the brokerage in its report.
While maintaining a bullish stance on the real estate stock, the brokerage highlighted key risks linked to Lodha Developers share price growth, ie slowdown in residential absorption, delay in the monetisation of forthcoming projects and slower BD convergence.
Lodha Developers Share Price Trend
Lodha Developers shares opened lower at Rs 1060.85 per share on BSE. The stock has dipped to tis 52-week low mark of Rs 1,534.25 per share on 9 June, 2025. The stock surged to its 52-week high mark of Rs 1,036 per share on BSE 17 March, 2025. Lodha Developers share price has declined nearly 22% year to date (YTD), and around 28% in one year. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of 13.13%.
