Top Performers in Real Estate Stocks
Phoenix Mills
Phoenix Mills Ltd., a major player in the construction and real estate sector, is trading 3.9% higher at Rs. 1,653. The stock rebounded after a 5-day decline of 8.4%, driven by the overall market recovery. The stocks today jumped as the market reversed losses.

Brigade Enterprises Limited
Brigade Enterprises shares initially surged 7% in the morning but are now trading at Rs.1,270.25, up 2.71%, erasing some of the early gains. With a market cap of Rs.31,000 crore, Brigade remains one of the top-performing mid-cap stocks in the real estate sector.
Godrej Properties
Godrej Properties' stock price increased by 1.91% today to Rs.2,905. The company boasts a market capitalization of Rs.87,049 crore. Over the past year, the stock has reached a 52-week high of Rs.3,400 and a low of Rs.1,863.50, with a trading volume of 11,634 shares on the BSE today.
Macrotech Developers
Macrotech Developers' shares are currently trading 3.76% higher at Rs.1,453.40. On December 23, the stock rose 4.05%, reversing a three-day decline. Over the past month, Macrotech Developers has gained an impressive 18.43%, performance despite broader market headwinds.
DLF
Shares of DLF (Delhi Land Finance) have risen approximately 1.6% to ₹844. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.854.60 and a low of Rs.832. DLF recently reported a 121% year-on-year increase in Q2 FY25 profits as reported by ET.
Oberoi Realty
Oberoi Realty shares are trading in the green zone, currently at Rs.2,270, up 0.99%. The stock's intraday high was Rs. 2,290, while the low was Rs. 2,233.30. Oberoi Realty remains a key player in India's premium real estate segment.
