Nirlon Declares Interim Dividend: As per the BSE filing of the company dated February 12, 2024, "The Board of Directors at their meeting held on Monday, February 12, 2024, have, interalia, considered and approved the interim dividend of Rs.15.00 per equity share of Rs 10.00 each (@150%) for the F.Y. 2023-24, subject to deduction of tax at source, which will be made on or after Thursday, February 29, 2024, to the Members as under:

i. To all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in Dematerialized Form as per the data as may be made available by National Security Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as of the close of business hours on Friday, February 23, 2024."

Nirlon Q3 Results: The company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 declared its total income at Rs 1533 million, up 6.2% YoY as compared to Rs 1443 million in the corresponding quarter of last year. Its EBITDA for the December 2023 quarter came at Rs 1210 million, up 2.1% as against Rs 1185 million reported in the similar quarter of last year. The company's profit after tax declared at Rs 521 million, down 2.6% YoY from 535 million in the similar quarter of last year.

PAT margin announced at for the quarter under review 33.99% from 37.08% in similar quarter of last year.
