Balmer Lawrie Investments Recommends Dividend: As per the BSE filing of Balmer Lawrie dated May 28, 2024, "Board of Directors at its Meeting dated 28th May, 2024 has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 38/- (Rupee thirty eight only) per Equity Share on 2,21,97,269 Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 st March, 2024. The said dividend, if declared by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be paid within 30 days from the date of such declaration."

Balmer Lawrie Investments Recommends Stock Split: The company as per the regulatory filing considered and approved on May 28, "10:1 (10 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each against 1 existing Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each)."
