The Board of Directors has "recommended a final dividend of Rs. 12.5/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 125% of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each) for the financial year 2023-24, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company," said Nucleus Software Exports in a regulatory filing.

Nucleus Software Exports FY24 Performance Highlights
Consolidated revenues for the quarter ending March 31, 2024, were Rs. 210.3 crore, compared to Rs. 206.2 crore for the same period in the previous fiscal year, 2022-2023. In Q4 of FY 2022-2023 the PAT was Rs. 67.6 crore, but on a consolidated basis, it amounts to Rs. 52.1 crore in Q4FY24. PAT on a standalone basis was 48.5 crore, down from Rs. 66.8 crore in Q4 of FY 2022-2023. During the quarter ended March 2024, the consolidated EPS was Rs. 19.48, down from Rs. 25.27 in Q4 of FY 2022-2023. EBITDA was 58 crores on a consolidated basis in Q4 of FY 2023-24 and 219.5 crores on a consolidated basis in FY 2023-24, representing a 41% YoY growth. Consolidated revenues in FY 2023-24 were Rs. 826.5 Crores, up 30% YoY, while consolidated profit after tax (PAT) jumped by 50% YoY to Rs. 191.6 Crores.
