Veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, father of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, was admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital on Tuesday morning after his health deteriorated. The 90-year-old film personality was reportedly rushed to the hospital around 8:30 am following a haemorrhage.

According to media reports, Salim Khan is currently on ventilator support and under close medical supervision. Hospital officials confirmed that he is stable but remains under observation. A doctor treating him stated, "He is stable but under close observation with regard to his clinical status."

Soon after news of his hospitalisation emerged, Salman Khan was seen arriving at the hospital premises. In videos shared by paparazzi, the actor was spotted leaving the hospital amid tight security, dressed in a black T-shirt and cap. He did not address the media gathered outside.

Other members of the Khan family were also seen visiting the hospital. Salim Khan's son-in-law Aayush Sharma was photographed arriving at the facility. Family members including Alvira Khan Agnihotri and Atul Agnihotri were also present. As of now, the Khan family has not issued an official statement regarding his health condition.
