SBI Online Services Will Be Unavailable On This Day: Check Timing Here

No matter if you are a senior citizen or regular customer of State Bank of India (SBI), the bank has always provided seamless online banking services. The country's largest lender provides a range of modes to experience online banking services such as Internet Banking, YONO, YONO Lite, and YONO Business. However, the bank has come up with the most recent and important update for online banking users. Via its Twitter handle SBI has today claimed that "We will be undertaking maintenance activities between 22.45 hrs on 06.08.2021 and 01.15 hrs on 07.08.2021 (150 minutes). During this period, Internet Banking, YONO, YONO Lite, and YONO Business will be unavailable. We regret the inconvenience caused and request you to bear with us."

When it comes to the customers' safety and security against online scams, phishing, or any other fraudulent activities, SBI has always maintained a step ahead to counter the same. As an important update, SBI has also recently said that "We never contact our customers through emails/SMS/Calls or embedded links asking them to share their personal or banking details. Kindly report details of Smishing to [e-mail] or call on Cyber Crime helpline - 155260."

In order to counter fake emails, SMS or calls, SBI has also said that "Do not share your personal information like card number/CVV/PIN number etc with anyone even if they claim to be from the bank."
