On Tuesday, Servotech Power Systems unveiled its Q1 FY2024-25 financial results, showcasing impressive growth. The company's consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) reached Rs 4.48 crore for the quarter, a 9% increase from Rs 4.10 crore in the same quarter the previous year. Total revenue surged by 41% YoY, hitting Rs 112.43 crore compared to Rs 79.81 crore in Q1 FY2023-24. Additionally, the company's EBITDA rose by 20%, amounting to Rs 8.53 crore, up from Rs 7.12 crore in the corresponding period last year, as per its NSE filing. On a standalone basis, Servotech's net PAT was Rs 4.74 crore, marking an 18% YoY increase from Rs 4.02 crore in the same period of the prior fiscal year.
Servotech Power Systems, a smallcap company based in Delhi with a market cap of Rs 2,670 crore, recently inaugurated Delhi's first grid-connected solar-powered EV charging carport. Over the past year, Servotech's shares have provided a 28% return, and over five years, the stock has soared over 4,646%, significantly enhancing investor wealth.

Last week, Servotech announced to the Indian stock market exchanges that it had secured an additional order from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). The order includes 400 DC Fast EV Charger units from BPCL and other EV charger OEMs, with a project value of around Rs 20 crore. This project involves the manufacturing, supplying, installing, and deploying of these chargers nationwide, primarily at BPCL petrol pumps as part of the BPCL E-drive Project.
Earlier this month, Servotech's subsidiary, Incharz, signed an agreement with real estate developer Prateek Group to establish e-charging stations at its sites in the Delhi-NCR region. The agreement was formalized on July 17th in Noida, with Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz, and Sunil Kumar Mittal, President of Prateek Group, leading the signing. Under this agreement, Prateek Group will provide locations for the public EV charging stations, while Incharz will handle the design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the stations.
