Zen Technologies Ltd Secures Order From Ministry of Defence: According to the exchange filing of Zen Technologies, "With reference to the subject cited above, the additional details, pursuant to SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, are as follows:

"The order is related to supply of training equipment to Ministry of Defence, hence confidential in nature. The order is related to supply of training equipment. Training equipment of ~ Rs. 171 Cr has to be supplied within 12 months along with a warranty for 4 years. Post-warranty, Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) of ~Rs. 31 Cr will be spread over 4 years."
