The Director of Medical Education (DME), Government of Andhra Pradesh, has awarded Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL), a prominent supplier of integrated facilities management solutions, a major three-year contract for around Rs 168 crore.

This project highlights Krystal's standing as a reliable partner for mission-critical facilities management solutions and expands the company's presence in India's healthcare and public services industries.
Under DME's Zone-I, which comprises the districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitaramaraju, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Kakinada, Konaseema, and East Godavari, the purpose of the contract involves the provision of sanitation (housekeeping) services throughout hospitals and medical facilities.
Following the announcement, the shares of Krystal Integrated Services on Wednesday, 17th September surged to an intraday high of Rs 696 on the NSE, marking a 5.43% gain from the previous close. After opening at Rs 681.00, the stock was trading with an upside gap of 1.82% at Rs 672.15 during the afternoon trade as of 17 Sept, 1:58 pm IST. The market cap of the company was around Rs 939 Cr.
In order to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in key healthcare settings, Krystal will implement technology-enabled procedures, contemporary cleaning supplies, and trained housekeeping staff. General and specialized sanitary services at government hospitals, medical college dorms, and other related healthcare facilities across the Zone are included in the mandate.

KISL provides facilities services as well as security services, catering, and payroll and recruitment solutions. Between FY21 and FY25, KISL's operations expanded from 1,962 to 3,209 sites nationally, and its client base increased from 262 to 461. The company serves a diverse client base across sectors, including healthcare, education, government administration, transportation infrastructure, and retail.
