Axtel Industries, a small-cap company in the capital goods industry, has announced a substantial dividend for its shareholders.

"The Board of Directors of our Company has declared interim dividend @ Rs. 12.00 (Rupee Twelve only) i.e., 120% per equity share of Rs. 10 for the financial year 2025-26, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 2nd March, 2026. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Monday, 9th March, 2026 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend," said Axtel Industries in a statement.

After reporting a 144.79% upsurge in standalone net profit to Rs 7.98 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 3.26 crore in Q3 FY25, Axtel Industries gained 1.10% to Rs 436.10. During the quarter, net sales climbed 45.09% year on year (YoY) to Rs 58.63 crore. From Rs 4.96 crore in Q3 FY25 to Rs 10.83 crore in Q3 FY26, profit before tax grew by 118.35%. In Q3 FY26, total operating expenditure went up by 34.83% to Rs 49.24 crore.
Based in Halol, Gujarat, Axtel Industries Limited was founded in 1991 and specializes in the design and production of process equipment for the food processing sector. Axtel specializes in process system engineering for the food sector. They serve industries including chocolate, snacks, and nutrition by providing turnkey, automated solutions for handling, mixing, and processing materials.
