The Tata Capital IPO 2025 is one of the most awaited IPOs of the year, and investor excitement is high as this Tata Group NBFC arm is all set to be introduced in the market. As of October 1st the grey market premium (GMP) is Rs. 24, which means that people are willing to pay above the issue price even before the shares hit the stock exchanges.

Tata Capital IPO comes with a price band of Rs. 310-Rs. 326 per share, and the estimated listing price is around Rs. 350 per share, indicating a potential gain of about 7.36% for investors who get the shares at the issue price.
The subscription window for retail and institutional investors will be open from October 6 to October 8, and the allotment is expected on October 9, with tentative listing on October 13, 2025, on BSE and NSE.
Tata Capital IPO Size and Structure
The IPO is huge, with a total issue size of Rs. 15,511.87 crore. It is structured in two parts: a fresh issue of 21 crore shares, which will raise about Rs. 6,846 crore, and an Offer for Sale of 26.58 crore shares, bringing in Rs. 8,665.87 crore.
Early confidence could be seen in the Tata Capital IPO as the anchor investments, with Rs. 4,641.83 crore already committed by anchor investors, whose bids are scheduled for October 3rd.
Tata Capital Financials
One of the reasons the IPO is drawing so much attention is Tata Capital's solid financial performance.
