Aayush Art and Bullion Ltd (AKM Creations Ltd) is celebrating substantial business milestones. The company revealed its audited consolidated financial statements for the second half and full year that ended on March 31, 2025. Exceeding market expectations, the company achieved over a 10X increase in revenues along with nearly 7X growth in profits.

For FY25, Aayush Art and Bullion reported revenue from operations at Rs 73.77 crore. This represents a staggering increase of 1000% compared to Rs 7.33 crores in FY24. The net profit also skyrocketed from Rs 26 lakh in FY24 to Rs 1.81 crore in FY25, marking a 700% growth year over year. There was also an improvement in Earnings Per Share (EPS) as it increased to Rs 1.81 in FY25 from Rs 0.21 in the previous year.
The impressive financial results achieved by the company demonstrate the effective implementation of strategic plans, operational efficiency, and a move towards profitability. The company was on a robust growth trajectory with a sales CAGR of 104 per cent and a net profit CAGR of 62 per cent over the past five years. In terms of financial stability, Aayush Art and Bullion is completely debt-free as of March 2025.
Notably, there has been a substantial change in promoter holding. As of March 2025, the promoter group's stake has increased to 20.71 per cent, up from 7.01 per cent one year earlier. This reflects confidence as the group increased their holdings from 8.70 lakh shares to 31.70 lakh shares over the same period, marking a significant increase.
The firm recorded total income of Rs 47.19 crore for the half-year ending March 31, 2025 (October 1, 2024-March 31, 2025), which represents a 77% YoY increase from H1 FY25 (April 1, 2024-September 30, 2024) total income of Rs 26.58 crore. Compared to the net profit of Rs 24 lakhs recorded in H1FY25, the net profit for H2 FY25 was Rs 1.56 crore. H2 FY25's EPS is Rs 1.02, while H1 FY25's EPS was Rs 0.17.

In capital markets, Aayush Art and Bullion shares opened at Rs 870 on June 11, marking a rise from the previous close of Rs 863.40. The multibagger stock has delivered staggering long-term returns of 7101.67% over the past five years. It continues to perform well in the short term, gaining over 60% in the last six months and 673.68% in the last year. The stock has also risen over 23% year-to-date in 2025, increasing from Rs 703.40 to present levels.
Aayush Art and Bullion Ltd was established in 2009. It is now pursuing a strategic shift with an increased focus on bullion trading and art with the aim of achieving sustained long-term growth.
