She is now the new chairman of HCL Tech and is recognized as India's richest woman with a net Rs 36,800 crore. Her father and pioneer of HCL Tech, Shiv Nadar, will continue as Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director.

7. She is also the trustee of Shiv Nadar Foundation, which aims at only education and has set up some of the top schools and colleges in India.
8. She is also the president of VidyaGyan Leadership Academy which emboldens needy children through schooling.
9. Currently she got married to Shikhar Malhotra who is also HCL's executive director and board member. He also operates as HCL Healthcare 's vice chairman and CEO.
