TVS Supply Chain Solutions and Rolls-Royce have extended their contract for the Singapore parts distribution centre by five years, ensuring operational excellence and supporting Rolls-Royces growth in the Asia Pacific region.
Mumbai, February 20: TVS Supply Chain Solutions, a leading supply chain management company, announced on Tuesday that its contract with Rolls-Royce for the parts distribution centre (PDC) in Singapore has been extended by five years, until 2029.

Singapore Facility Serves Asia Pacific Markets
The Singapore facility of TVS Supply Chain Solutions caters to the Asia Pacific markets of Rolls-Royce's power system business unit. The renewal of this contract is a testament to the efficiency and reliability of TVS SCS's tailored supply chain solutions.
Collaborative Approach for Enhanced Efficiency
The collaborative partnership between TVS SCS and Rolls-Royce Power Systems regional centre, Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia (formerly known as MTU Asia), began in early 2013. The aim was to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity at the PDC through the implementation of an Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS).
Commissioning of ASRS Warehousing Systems
In 2014, as part of the collaboration, two ASRS warehousing systems tailored to Rolls-Royce's specific requirements were commissioned. These systems have significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of the PDC's operations.
Shared Commitment to Strategic Objectives
The extension of this contract for an additional five years underscores the shared commitment of both companies to achieving strategic objectives and desired outcomes. This extension further solidifies the foundation for continued growth and operational excellence in the region.
