Bajaj Finserv's board of directors, in April, had recommended a 100% dividend for its shareholders. The board had approved a dividend of Re 1 per equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each. The Bajaj Finserv dividend is expected to be transferred to its shareholders on or before 29 July, the company notified in its BSE filing.
"The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Re. 1/- (100%) per equity share of face value of Re.1/- for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The said dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/dispatched on or before Tuesday, 29 July 2025," noted the company in its BSE exchange filing. The company had fixed June 27 as the record date. Bajaj Finserv has a return on equity (ROE) of 18.78%, whereas Bajaj Investment & Holdings has an ROE of 11.75%.
Bajaj Holdings & Investment Dividend
Bajaj Holdings' board of directors in May had approved a final 280% dividend for its eligible shareholders. The company has planned to pay the declared dividend (after approval) to its shareholders on or before 15 August 2025.
"A final dividend at the rate of Rs. 28 per share (280%) of the face value of Rs. 10 each on equity shares of the Company has been recommended by the Board of Directors today, for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The said dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/dispatched on or before 15 August 2025," read a BSE exchange filing of the company released in May. The company later fixed June 27 as the dividend record date.
