The government's initiative to make air travel more passenger-friendly has taken another step forward with the expansion of the Udan Yatri Cafe network across India. Designed to offer budget-friendly and quality food at airports, these cafes are rapidly gaining popularity among travellers for their economical pricing and regional menu offerings.
Udan Yatri Cafe at 11 Additional Airports
Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu virtually inaugurated Udan Yatri Cafes at 11 additional airports on Sunday. The newly launched locations include Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport, Rajkot International Airport, Jammu Airport, Srinagar International Airport, Jaipur International Airport and Devi Ahilyabai Holkar International Airport among others.

With the latest expansion, Udan Yatri Cafes are now operational across several key airports in India. Existing outlets are already serving passengers in cities like Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Vijayawada, Bhubaneswar, Surat, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Mangaluru, Thiruvananthapuram and Coimbatore.

One of the key highlights of Udan Yatri Cafes is their pocket-friendly pricing, with food and beverages starting at just Rs 10.
