Pavna Industries Limited, one of the prominent companies in the Indian automotive components industry, has further enhanced its operational prowess by buying an additional 1.89 acres of land near the Jewar Airport in Uttar Pradesh. This purchase highlights the company's dedication towards establishing an integrated manufacturing and technologically advanced production center, which complements a growth-oriented industrial corridor and augments its ability to serve a broadening customer base of all vehicle categories.

The new land parcel will allow Pavna Industries to expand its manufacturing capabilities and better serve its growing clientele, which includes passenger cars, two and three wheelers, as well as commercial and off-road vehicles.
Mr. Swapnil Jain, Managing Director, Pavna Industries Ltd. said: "Each addition to our landholding near Jewar Airport is a carefully considered step in our journey of capacity expansion and value creation. This acquisition further enhances the foundation we are building for a scalable, future-ready manufacturing ecosystem. As the region transforms into a center of industrial excellence, Pavna is positioning itself to harness the opportunities that lie ahead." "Our growing presence here reflects not just an expansion of space, but also of vision - integrating advanced capabilities, strengthening operational readiness, and aligning ourselves with the evolving needs of the automotive industry."
Pavna Industries Limited has made an important decision for its shareholders by granting a stock split of 10-for-1. Corporate action will result in each share of the company being split into 10 equity shares of Re 1 each which will be of lesser face value when compared to the previous face value of Rs 10. The record date for the stock split has been set as 1st of September, 2025. The intent behind the split is to increase the company's share liquidity as well as widen the circle of investors.
Founded in 1994 as Pavna Industries is now a prominent producer of advanced automotive parts; its product lineup includes ignition switches, fuel tank caps, and latches. The company is committed to achieving technological progress and meeting customer expectations, allocating resources to research and development aimed at enriching the product portfolio, enhancing quality, and refining the manufacturing process.
Ignition switches, fuel tank caps, latches, auto locks, switches, oil pumps, throttle bodies, fuel cocks, casting components, and more are among its varied product offerings.
