GE Shipping:
The stock of GE Shipping is down in trade today after the previous day's sharp gains on the company's Buyback plans.
For the same corporate action, the company will held its board meet on December 27 and the company has intimated on the same.
The company informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/12/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a proposal for buy-back of equity shares of the Company.
"Closure Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for transacting in the securities of the Company would remain closed from December 23, 2021 till further notice", said the company release.
GE Shipping is engaged in shipping and offshore business. Its shipping business offers transportation services for crude oil, petroleum products, gas and dry bulk commodities.
The company's scrip last traded at a price of Rs. 289.95 per share.
Inox Wind Energy:
The company on December 22, 2021 intimated about its board meet scheduled for December 27 2021 for considering and approving raising of funds by way of private placement/ preferential issue of one or more instruments including equity shares, convertible securities of any description or warrants or debt securities, through preferential issue, private placements, rights issue or any other methods or combination thereof as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, including the approval of shareholders of the Company.

The company in an exchange filing informed that the the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve
1. Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021;
2. Approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company as per INDAS for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021;
3. Approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS and IFRS for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021.
The IT major's scrip last traded at Rs. 1859.5 per share . In the previous day's trade the scrip hit a record high on gains in the IT index pack as a whole.
