Sedemac Mechatronics IPO will open for subscription on March 4, 2026 and will close for subscription on March 6, 2026. The mainboard IPO is a book build issue of Rs 1,087.45 crore and the issue is an entirely an offer for sale of 0.80 crore shares of Rs 1,087.45 crore.
The IPO's allotment is expected to be finalised on March 9 and is expected to be listed on BSE and NSE on March 11, 2026.
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions IPO Listing
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, which is the largest commercial renewable energy providers in India is now eyeing for its stock market debut in March 2026. Clean Max Enviro IPO opened for subscription on February 23 and closed on February 25. The IPO was subscribed 0.99 times during the period, including 0.07 times in the retail category, 2.99 times in the QIB (ex-anchor) category, and 0.57 times in the NII category.
Shree Ram Twistex IPO Listing
Shree Ram Twistex IPO is a fresh issue of Rs 110.24 crore. The established manufacturer of cotton yarn witnessed a massive subscription on day 2. The IPO opened for subscription on February 23 and closed on February 25. Shree Ram Twistex IPO listing is expected on March 2.
The issue was subscribed around 43.66 times during the subscription period, which includes 76.63 times subscription in the retail category, 3.94 times subscription in the QIB (ex-anchor) category, and a whopping 220.30 times subscription in the NII category, as per Chittorgarh website. Shree Ram Twistex IPO GMP also indicated listing at discounted price, as per investorgain.com website on Saturday.
PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery IPO
The diamond and luxury jewellery brand from Pune is a fresh issue of Rs 380 crore. The IPO opened for subscription on February 24, 2026 and will close on February 26. The IPO allotment for the PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery IPO was finalised on February 27 and the IPO listing is expected to be on March 4.
PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery IPO was subscribed around 1.3 times, including 1.37 times subscription in the retail category, 1.10 times subscription in the QIB (Ex-anchor) category, and 1.62 times subscription in the NII category. PNGS Rewa Diamond IPO GMP indicated listing at discounted price, according to investorgain.com.
Omnitech Engineering IPO Listing
Omnitech Enginering IPO listing is expected to take place on March 5. The IPO is a book build issue of Rs 583 crore. The issue was subscribed around 0.35 times in the retail category, 3.0 times in the QIB (ex-anchor) category, and 0.77 times in the NII category during the period. Omnitech Engineering IPO GMP was recorded at Rs 0 indicating the listing at Rs 227 per share.
