Fabtech Technologies IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 1.21 crore shares, totalling7 Rs. 230.35 crores. This is a good opportunity for investors looking to enter at the primary market price.
Subscription for Fabtech opens on September 29 and closes on October 1, 2025, with a price band of Rs. 181 to Rs. 191 per share. October 6 to October 8: Tata Capital Ltd IPO
One of the most awaited IPOs of the season, Tata Capital IPO is a combination of fresh issue and offer for sale, totaling 47.58 crore shares, with a fresh issue and an offer for sale combined.
The subscription window is from October 6 to October 8, and the price band is yet to be announced. Allotment is expected on October 9, with tentative listing on October 13, 2025, on BSE and NSE.
