Vodafone Idea Q4 Results 2025: FY 2025 Earnings Call Date and Details
Vodafone Idea is scheduled to announce its Q4 FY25 results on May 30, 2025, with analysts anticipating a weak performance due to heavy subscriber churn. While the company's quarterly loss might narrow slightly, it is still expected to remain above Rs 7,000 crore. Additionally, the board is set to deliberate fundraising options, after suffering a blow from the Supreme Court's rejection of its plea for relief on interest, penalties, and related charges on outstanding AGR dues.
"To consider and evaluate any and all proposals for raising of funds in one or more tranches, either by way of a rights issue or a Further Public Offer (FPO) or a private placement, including a preferential issue or a QIP, through any other permissible mode and / or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate," the company said in its exchange filing
Vodafone Idea is likely to show some year-on-year improvement in its performance for the March quarter of financial year 2024-25 (Q4FY25).

Analysts at JM Financial estimate that Vodafone Idea may report a net loss of Rs 7,420 crore in Q4 FY25, slightly better than the Rs 7,675 crore loss recorded in the same quarter last year. However, the loss would be notably larger compared to the Rs 6,609 crore posted in Q3 FY25, the brokerage noted.
JM Financial also projects a 2.6% year-on-year increase in Q4 revenue to Rs 10,886 crore, though it expects a 2.1% drop on a sequential basis. The brokerage anticipates that Vodafone Idea may have lost around 4.2 million total subscribers during the quarter. However, it expects a gain of 2 million mobile broadband (MBB) users, reflecting an increase of 37 basis points.
Similarly, Kotak Institutional Equities (KIE) expects Vodafone Idea to report a Q4 loss of Rs 7,466 crore. It forecasts net sales of Rs 10,899 crore, a 2.8% rise year-on-year but a 2% quarter-on-quarter decline, mainly due to subscriber erosion.
Vodafone Idea ARPU Projection
Another key indicator, average revenue per user (ARPU) is projected to remain largely unchanged quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) at Rs 163, slipping slightly by 7 basis points. The advantage from a better subscriber mix is expected to be counterbalanced by two fewer days of network usage during Q4 FY25, with the full effect of the earlier tariff hike already accounted for by the end of Q3.For comparison, Bharti Airtel reported an ARPU of Rs 245 in Q4 FY25, while Reliance Jio recorded Rs 206.2 during the same period.
