With tremendous excitement, Vikas Lifecare Limited announces a strategic partnership with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi; the CSIR-National Physical Laboratory (CSIR-NPL), Delhi; and the Defence Electronic Applications Laboratory (DEAL), a top laboratory under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Dehradun. The objective of this collaboration is to progress the manufacturing of Nano composites for EMI shielding uses, encompassing an extensive array of commercial, military, and scientific electronic devices and communication equipment.
The design and development of enhanced carbon fibre and MWCNT/graphene nano ferrites composites especially for EMI shielding applications is the main goal of this Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

This partnership is a major breakthrough in the field of electromagnetic interference shielding (EMI shielding), which is necessary to safeguard electronic equipment from electromagnetic interference. The integration of cutting-edge materials including MWCNT, graphene, and Nano ferrites, in addition to silver and copper nanoparticles, is anticipated to yield enhanced performance features, satisfying the highly stringent specifications of several high-stakes applications.

By combining the expertise and resources of all participating institutions, the project aims to deliver breakthrough innovations that will not only meet but exceed current industry standards," said Vikas Lifecare in a stock exchange filing.
Consolidated financial results for the period ending June 30, 2024, have been released by Vikas Lifecare Limited. Compared to a net loss of Rs. 1.80 crores for the quarter ending March 31, 2024, Vikas Lifecare reported a net loss of Rs. 2.82 crores for the period ending June 30, 2024. As of June 30, 2023, the firm reported a net profit of Rs. 12.04 crores. In comparison to the Rs. 136.27 crores reported for the period ended March 31, 2024, Vikas Lifecare has recorded a total income of Rs. 94.33 crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The company declared its total sales for the quarter that ended June 30, 2023, to be Rs. 110.51 crores.
On Tuesday, the shares of Vikas Lifecare were trading 1.02% higher at Rs 4.93 apiece on BSE.
