VMS TMT IPO Listing: VMS TMT's initial public offering (IPO) debuted with solid gains on the Indian stock market on Wednesday but failed to maintain the momentum afterward. VMS TMT shares were listed on the BSE at Rs 105, a 6% premium to the issue price of Rs 99. The stock also opened at Rs 104.9 per share on the NSE.

Minutes after the IPO listing, VMS TMT shares witnessed heavy investor selling in the bourses. VMS TMT shares were trading 3.8% lower at Rs 101 per share on BSE at 10:30 am with a market capitalisation of Rs 501.28 crore. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 105 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 100 per share on BSE today.
VMS TMT IPO Subscription
The issue was subscribed to around 102.24 times during the period. The IPO subscription included 47.85 times subscription in the retail category, 120.8 times in the qualified institutional buyers (QIB) category, ie ex-anchor, and 227.08 times in the Net Institutional Investors (NII) category till 5 pm. The issue was subscribed to around 8.4 times on day 1, 21.76 times on day 2, and a total of 102.24 times till day 3.
About VMS TMT IPO Subscription
The mainboard IPO is a book build issue of Rs 148.5 crores. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 1.5 crore shares. The IPO opened on September 17 and closed on September 19. The allotment for VMS TMT IPO was finalised on Monday. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 99 per share.
The lot size for an application is 150. The minimum amount of investment required by a retail investor is Rs 14,850 for 150 shares. Whereas, the minimum amount of investment required by an sNII is Rs 2,07,90, where they are required to bet for 14 lots equivalent to 2,100 shares.
The company's IPO GMP (grey market premium) stood at Rs 11, as per investorgain.com, till 9 am on Wednesday. The IPO's last GMP indicated an estimated listing price of Rs 110.
