Waaree Energies Dividend Record Date: Grreen energy firm, Waaree Energies Limited, on Thursday, announced a 134% surge in its net consolidated profit and announced an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The solar energy stock may see a heightened investors interest ahead of the dividend record date.
Waaree Energies shares were trading 0.75% lower at Rs 3,597 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,03,270.28 crore. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 3720 per share and an intraday low of Rs 3579.25 per share on Friday.

The company has announced a 20% dividend payout for its eligible shareholders for the financial year 2025-26. The company has fixed a dividend record date for next week.
"Waaree Energies board of directors had declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ending March 31, 2026," noted the company in its press release.

The company has a fixed October 24 as the dividend record date. "The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend has been fixed as Friday, October 24, 2025, and the dividend will be paid to the shareholders on Thursday, November 06, 2025," the BSE filing added further.
Waaree Energies Q2 Result
The company reported a 132.8% surge in its consolidated net profit (attributable to owners of the company) to Rs 842 crore in the second quarter of financial year 2025-26. Company's total income during the September quarter stood at Rs 6,226.54 crore, whereas EBITDA margins stood at Rs 1,567.30 crore against Rs 613.94 crore reported in the second quarter of FY25. EBITDA margins increased by 25.17%. PAT margin also surged by 14.10%.
During Q2 FY26, Waaree Energies achieved a production level of 2.64 GW, supported by robust operations. For the first half of FY26, the company's total income reached Rs 10,823.72 crore, marking a 51.17% increase year-on-year. EBITDA for this period rose by 118.19% to Rs 2,735.97 crore.
The company has an order book of approximately 24 GW valued at around ₹47,000 crore. On October 16, 2025, the board of directors approved an interim dividend of ₹2 per share as part of its commitment to shareholder returns.
Waaree Energies commissioned an additional 3 GW solar module manufacturing facility in Chikhli, Gujarat during the quarter. Additionally, on October 1, 2025, the board approved a capital expenditure plan of Rs 8,175 crore to expand manufacturing capacity further.
This expansion includes increasing storage cell and BESS capacity from 3.5 GWh to 20 GWh with an investment of Rs 8,000 crore; electrolyser manufacturing from 0.3 GW to 1 GW with Rs 125 crore; and inverter manufacturing from 3 GW to 4 GW with Rs 50 crore.
