Eduquity Technologies Private Limited, a Bangalore-based firm, filed a Rs 2.5 crore defamation case against YouTuber Nitish Rajput in a Delhi court, reported Economic Times. The case was filed citing the allege use of misleading information in one of Rajput's videos on SSC exams.
In one of his videos, Nitish Rajput had highlighted operational issues and challenges in the SSC's tendering process and the selection of vendors for conducting exams. Nitish Rajput had claimed of using information from the Right to Information (RTI) replies and other documents to raise questions about the SSC's tendering process.
Apparently, Nitish Rajput had published a video titled 'Realty of SSC Exams' on YouTube on 11 September, 2025. The video has received 5.5 million views so far.
