IGL/SE/2025-26/24 dated 23rd July, 2025 intimating about the approval granted by the Members through Postal Ballot on Tuesday, 22nd July, 2025 to subdivide/split the equity share of the Company and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has fixed Tuesday, 12th August, 2025 as the "Record Date" for determining the entitlement of eligible Equity Shareholders for the purpose of sub-division/split of equity shares of the Company, such that 1 (One) equity share having face value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, fully paid-up, be sub-divided/split into 2 (Two) equity shares having face value of Rs 5/- (Rupees Five only) each, fully paid up, ranking paripassu with each other in all respects," said India Glycols in a stock exchange filing.

The India Book of Records issued a certificate last month to the company (Gorakhpur Unit) for achieving the highest sales (for the financial year 2024-25) of its well-known alcoholic beverage brand, "Bunty Bubbly," for the third year in a row. In the financial year 2024-25, the country liquor brand 'Bunty Bubbly' recorded the peak sales of 18,304,086 cases, which include 823,683,870 pieces, as officially confirmed by the Uttar Pradesh Excise Department. Although functioning as a single entity, it has created the nation's beverage, Bunty Bubbly, following the highest quality benchmarks, as verified on June 14, 2025.

"India Glycols stock price is bearish & also oversold on the Daily charts with next support at 1700. Investors can buy only if Daily close is above resistance of 1774 for a target of 1923 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, independent research analyst.
