The startup specialising in smart parking and authorisation solutions demonstrated its capabilities during the G20 Leaders' Summit in New Delhi.
Surat (Gujarat) [India], October 13: : PARK360, a Surat-based startup specialising in Smart Parking and Authorisation Solutions, is winning high praise and recognition for its pivotal behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the smooth conduct of the G20 Leaders' Summit held in New Delhi last month. The company's innovative access control solutions played a crucial role in managing the authorisation and access to the unique gathering that brought together more than 25 heads of state and international leaders.

The responsibility of authorising and controlling access for such a high-profile event was an enormous challenge, but PARK360 and its team rose to the occasion. The company's access control system, designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, provided real-time reports and adhere to stringent authorisation protocols, proving to be of great assistance to security agencies from India and all over the world.
Speaking about the assignment, PARK360's CEO and Co-founder, Sanchit Gaurav, said, "Being involved in an elite event like the G20 Leaders' Summit with the biggest global leaders is challenging, but we were confident of our technology and team. It was a great learning experience for us working in tandem with the security agencies throughout the Summit. Receiving praise from both Indian and foreign security agencies and other leaders for the perfect execution of the assignment and handling access to the event with precision was like the icing on the cake."
Just before the Summit, the PARK360 team was given only one week to fulfil the requirement of displaying visitors' faces on dual side screens at every entry/exit lane after the QR scan. Showcasing its capabilities and commitment to delivering under tight timelines and high pressure, the startup designed and tested the new solution within the deadline and received a green light from the agencies.
The innovative access control system was used by delegates and leaders from around the world and garnered appreciation from them. Notably, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also inspected PARK360's access point and received essential information from security agencies.
PARK360's success at the G20 Leaders' Summit reinforces its position as a leading provider of access control solutions. The company has developed state-of-the-art access control services that enable seamless entry and exit. It offers several solutions for large commercial parking spaces and provides intelligent parking solutions.
PARK360 handles the management and parking enforcement responsibilities of Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai. Its solutions are also deployed at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Konark temple in Odisha, Jatayu Earth's Centre in Kerala, JLL Kolkata & Mumbai, Viceroy Builders in Mumbai, Bangalore City Station, Bosch Headquarters in Bangalore, and many more.
It has recently launched an AI-based vehicle authorisation system, which uses regular IP-based cameras to identify various objects, including vehicles and number plates, extracting vehicle numbers for authorisations and payments, and that too without manual involvement.
"Using advanced data analytics and a data-driven approach, we design optimal parking solutions and set up authorised access stations using cost-effective methods. Clients can gain real-time access to the parking infrastructure by collaborating with us. We are truly revolutionising the parking and access control with our groundbreaking solutions."
PARK360 was established in 2021 as a SaaS-based product for complex management as MyCiti 360 Technology Services by Sanchit Gaurav and Co-founders Satish Nair and Suhas Arora.
