EIH Associated Hotels Trades Ex-Bonus: Earlier the company on July 18, 2024 revised the record date for bonus share and dividend from July 29, 2024 to August 13, 2024. The BSE filing stated, "the Board of Directors has revised the record date for determining the list of eligible shareholders to receive the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24 and bonus shares from Monday, 29th July 2024 to Tuesday, 13th August 2024. This disclosure may also be treated as corrigendum to the Notice of Annual General Meeting to the effect that where record date is appearing as Monday, 29th July 2024 be read as Tuesday, 13th August 2024."

EIH Associated Hotels Bonus Share: EIH on June 14, 2024 recommended the capitalization of reserves by issuing Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (One) fully paid-up bonus equity share of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each held by Shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

EIH Associated Hotels Dividend: The hotel sector company on May 24 declared a final dividend @ 60%, i.e., Rs. 6/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each, fully paid up, to the Shareholders for the Financial Year 2023-24.
