As per the exchange filing of Aayush Wellness dated October 29, 2024, "issue of 1,62,25,000 (One Crore Sixty-Two Lakh Twenty-Five Thousand) Bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share for every 2 (Two) existing equity share having face value of Rs. 1/- (Rupee One only) each, held by the members of the Company as on Record Date, subject to necessary approvals as may be required."

The exchange filing of the company added, "approved the proposal for issuance of equity shares of face value of ₹1.00/- (Rupee One Only) for an amount not exceeding ₹ 49,90,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Nine Crore Ninety Lakh only) through a Rights Issue, to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on Record date (to be notified subsequently), in accordance with applicable laws, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, along with relevant circulars issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as 'Rights Issue');"
