GM Breweries Gives New Update On 1:4 Bonus Issue: As per the BSE filing of the company dated May 13, "a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at the registered office of the Company at Ganesh Niwas, S. Veer Savarkar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025 on Monday, May 27,2024, at 06.30 P.M. to consider allotment of bonus shares and related matters."

GM Breweries Dividend: The exchange filing of the company dated April 4 stated, "The Board of Directors of the Company have proposed/ recommended subject to approval of Members a dividend @ 700% i.e. Rs.7/- per equity share of Rs.10 each."
