Two small-cap stocks, KP Energy and Intellivate Capital Ventures are set to turn ex-bonus on February 12. Both companies have declared bonus issues in the ratio of 2:1 each. The companies are from diverse sectors like energy and IT, while emerged as multi-bagger giving humongous returns to their investors. These stocks have journeyed from penny titles to now trading as small-caps. While KP Energy touched upper circuit levels ahead of ex-bonus, Intelllivate hit a new 52-week high.
Currently, both stocks are higher by a breathtaking 690-1,170% from their 1-year lows.

KP Energy Bonus Issue:
Just ahead of ex-bonus, KP Energy stock locked at its 5% upper circuits of Rs 1,130.20 apiece on BSE with a market cap of Rs 2,512.43 crore. The stock is currently higher by 690.07% from its 52-week low of Rs 143.05 apiece. The stock's 52-week high is at Rs 1,200 apiece, and KP Green is a couple of rupees away from achieving it.
The Company has fixed Monday, February 12, 2024, as the 'Record Date' for determining the eligibility of Shareholders entitled to issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 2 (Two) Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- (Five) each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Share of Rs. 5/- (Five) each, subject to the approval of Shareholders which is being obtained through Postal Ballot.
Hence, the bonus shares ratio is 2:1. The ex-bonus date is also on the record date. To be eligible for the bonus shares, investors must hold shares of KP Energy by the end of February 12.
After the ex-bonus date, the company is scheduled on February 13, 2024, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023.

Intellivate Capital Ventures Bonus Issue:
Another small-cap stock, Intellivate Capital's share price closed at Rs 162.75 apiece broadly flat on BSE on February 9 with a market cap of Rs 700.28 crore. The stock touched a new 52-week high of Rs 168.90 apiece during the trading session of this day. The stock is currently higher by an impressive 1,169.50% from its 52-week low of Rs 12.82 apiece.
Intellivate is also going to reward investors with bonus shares in the ratio of 2:1. Intellivate is offering 2 bonus shares on every 1 existing share of fully paid-up Equity Shares having a face value of Re 1 each. Earlier, the company fixed the record date as February 7th, however, was later, revised to Monday, 12th February 2024. Hence, the company will identify those shareholders who hold shares of Intellivate by the end of February 12 in their demat accounts.
